Covered Up is a newly established surf and skateboard shop on North Padre Island. Covered Up was founded by two local surfers who have spent the majority of their lives surfing the waves of the Texas Gulf Coast. Covered Up is located on South Padre Island Drive just before the first stoplight you come to on the island; a detailed map is included in the contact section of this website. This location gives surfers and beach-goers the greatest access possible on their way to many of the surf spots and beaches the Island has to offer.Over the last several years the national as well as the local surf and skate industries have experienced tremendous growth in both number of participants and technology available. Covered Up and its knowledgeable staff seek to provide surfers and skateboards of all levels with the knowledge, products, and technology to progress their surfing and skating.
